![]() ![]() ![]() And after we stopped at the previous junction. So I’ve been reminding myself and those in the audience where that song came from. Prayers and peace be upon the most honorable messengers, our master Muhammad. That’s great that it’s become this anthem that makes somebody feel some comfort when they’ve lost someone, but recently I’ve become a little more possessive of the idea that this song was actually written for a specific guy and I haven’t forgotten that person. "Say Hello 2 Heaven”, for example, was one of the songs I wrote directly for Andy Wood and the amount of times someone has requested I play that song for someone else who’s died have been numerous. Later, in a 2016 interview, Cornell said: "With all that’s been written about Temple of the Dog recently, it’s reminded me of the original meanings of those songs. Stone and Jeff and our drummer, Matt, had been working on a demo for what ended up being Pearl Jam, so we had the idea that we would make an EP or a record, and maybe even do some of Andy’s solo songs.“ Somehow those guys heard the tape, and they were really, really excited. I had the idea for a couple days, then, with an artist’s lack of self-confidence, I decided it was a stupid idea. I got the idea to release them as a single, and to get at least Stone and Jeff, or all of Love Bone, to play on it. There are two separate external areas to the temple: the cave outside the entrance from the Karthspire, and the courtyard. They seemed different from what Soundgarden naturally does, and they seemed to fit together. When we came back, I recorded them right away. That was pretty much how I dealt with it. I wrote two songs, "Reach Down” and “Say Hello 2 Heaven”. Released in 1991, it was the second single from the band’s sole studio album, “Temple of the Dog” (1991).Ĭhris Cornell wrote the song as a tribute to his friend Andrew Wood, vocalist and frontman of Mother Love Bone, who at the time had recently died of a heroin overdose.Ĭornell stated: “Right after Andy died, we went to Europe, and it was horrible, because I couldn’t talk about it, and there was no one who had loved him around. This is my first released mod so any advise on mistakes I might have made are greatly appreciated (assuming you know what you're talking about haha).“Say Hello 2 Heaven” is a song by the American rock band Temple of the Dog. I was thinking of adding forges and whatnot but thought that they would be better served for an update to the interior of Sky Haven Temple. Specifically on stuff that can make the area more useful. Screen shots! I could definitely use some better screenshots as that is not my forte Probably compatible with any mods that don't It is part of the Alduin's Wall quest, which can be initiated by speaking with Delphine. Probably incompatible with any others mods that edit the exterior of Sky Haven Temple Sky Haven Temple can be reached through the Karthspire Cave, located near The Karthspire Camp. ![]() NOTE!!: S ome of the clutter and lights shown in the screen shots won't spawn until you progress the blades questline I incorporated the Ancestor Moths that are supposedly drawn to the trees, as well as some easter eggs of ancient Nord ruins with the Moth mural on them to show the area was used long before the Blades arrived as well. In terms of the lore, some people might complain about the use of Canticle Trees, but as far as I'm aware there are many Ancestor Glades across Tamriel other than the one Ancient Grove in Skyrim. Quite a simple mod that simply transforms the exterior of Sky Haven Temple into a more aesthetically pleasing Japanese (of in this case Akaviri) themed garden, providing a nice pond, waterfall, Canitcle trees, lookout posts, and guardhouse. The screen shots are also from that mod so actual appearance in game may differ slightly. This is The Oldrim version of my Sky Haven Temple - Gardens mod, SSE version found here. ![]()
